About the event
Process:
Complete this online sign-up to express interest in being a present at Color the City. A member of The Platform team will follow up with you via email to talk through the process and awnser any additional questions!
Price:
Completely free though donations are always welcome.
More details:
- Organizations can start arriving at noon (12 pm) on the day of the event to set-up
- You are allowed to bring your own sign and any other decorations you may wish to personalize your space
- Organizations are allowed to bring their own table and seating if they would prefer!
- Flyers, hand-outs, and even intercative actiovitys are both allowed and encouarged
Schedule:
12 pm - 5 pm → Oraganization can arrive and begin set-up
4 pm - 5 pm → Last minute questions and set-up time
5 pm - 9 pm → COLOR THE CITY <3
9 pm - 10:30 pm → Breakdown and clean up (with help from artists, performers, and volunteers)
